Nia Brandon is a young, successful, Christian woman who is trying to hold on and hold out for God's good thing. However, when the man of her dreams walks into her life, she has to come face to face with the insecurities of her heart. Past hurts, pains, and disappointments bind her to mistrust and fear. Will she ever be able to trust again? Can a man be faithful to a woman he's not having sex with? Will she be the woman of integrity that God called her to be, or will she compromise her beliefs in order to keep her man? Nia finds herself torn between obedience to Christ and the insecurities of her heart. Faced with past failures and her own fear, Nia begins to navigate through her pain to discover that at the core of all true love is God's unconditional love and ultimately freedom.
I wrote this book over 17 years ago and had no intention of publishing it, no intention of it seeing the light of day but it did. I figured I would dust it off again since it no longer has a "home" and let you read it one chapter at a time. Now, I'm not the same writer I was back then. I wasn't even trying to write a book. So, don't judge it too harshly. I hope you enjoy.
